I love the idea that only 20 minutes a day in nature is enough. It is miraculous. Like taking a 20 minute powernap, I go in thinking, "there is no way this is going to work". But once I have done it I feel entirely different about myself and the world around me. I am curious about whether it is better to spread those 120 minutes out across the entire week, or it I get the same benefit in a 2 hour workout. Like my recent transition to 10 minutes of yoga per day instead of a 1 hour yoga session. The benefits shift for me.

It’s an interesting question. Before the pandemic I would have said that was too short BUT I have found immense joy and fulfillment in short walks, to get out of the house. I also have LOVED 10min of yoga in the morning. That being said I will never give up my long days out!
